This is the second lecture in the series “Art and Conflicts” conducted by Nigel Osborne for musicians and psychologists.

Nigel Osborne is a renowned British composer, art therapist, and expert in using music and art to support children who have experienced trauma due to armed conflicts.

In this lecture, along with Nigel Osborne, we examine how music and art can aid children affected by conflict, including therapeutic approaches to listening and hearing, the autonomic nervous system, heart, breathing, movement, metabolism, and emotions.
